Why purchase shipping insurance?

When ordering from outside the UK, parcels can occasionally be lost, or damaged during transit.
If you choose not to purchase insurance, Wigs by Kirstie cannot be held liable for loss or damage once your parcel leaves our facility.

Coverage includes:

• Protection against parcel loss or confirmed non-delivery
• Compensation for damage during shipping
• Coverage amount: Full Coverage
• Valid only for international shipments (including Ireland, EU, and other countries)

How it works:

1. Add this insurance product to your cart alongside your wig order
2. We will register your shipment with insurance coverage
3. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you are eligible to claim reimbursement up to the insured amount
4. Claims require proof from the courier or postal service.

Important Notes:

• This insurance does not cover delays in shipping or customs clearance.
• For UK orders, insurance is not required as seller liability applies until delivery.
• If you do not add this insurance, you accept the risk of loss or damage once the parcel leaves our hands.
