In-Person Consultation

Enjoy a personal, one-on-one consultation with me in a relaxed, private space in Pangbourne.

You'll have the chance to try on different wig styles, receive expert advice, and get professionally measured.

During this hour-long session, you can bring a friend, ask any questions, and even take home a ready-to-ship wig! If you're opting for a custom wig, this will be the first of two consultations.

Consultation Options

  • Zoom Consultation (Remote Service - £10)

    • Single consultation held via Zoom to discuss all your requirements.
    • Once your wig is finished and approved, it'll be posted to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
    • £10 booking fee, which will be deducted from your final wig purchase.

  • Zoom & In-Person Custom Consultation (£25)

    First Consultation:

    Conducted via Zoom to gather all your requirements.

    Second Consultation:

    Held in my consultation space in Pangbourne, where we will fit and style your wig together.

    Both consultations are held in person.

    First Consultation:

    Includes a detailed discussion, measurements, and trying on different styles.

How much does a consultation cost?

I offer different consultation options based on your needs:

1x Zoom Consultation – £10
(Deductible from your wig purchase if you proceed)

1x Zoom and 1x In-Person Consultation – £25

Two In-Person Consultations – £50

How do I pay for my consultation?

Once we've arranged a time and date for your consultation, I’ll send you an invoice for the consultation fee. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation of your appointment.

Can I bring someone with me to my consultation?

Yes! You are welcome to bring one guest for support. Due to space limitations, I kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

For the best consultation experience and to align with the bridal shop’s policies, I'm unable to accommodate children under 10 in the consultation space.

How long does a consultation last?

Consultations typically last 1 hour, giving us plenty of time to discuss all of your wig wants and needs.

Where do consultations take place?

In-person consultations are held at Queen Bee Bridal in Pangbourne. Please note that the bridal shop is only accessible by foot.

You’ll receive a detailed PDF before your appointment with everything you need to know, including directions, parking info, and what to expect.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

Consultation fees are non-refundable, but I will do my best to accommodate a new appointment time.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Nothing, just yourself! There's no need to bring anything, but if you have inspiration photos or ideas you'd like to share, feel free to bring them along.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes! I offer Zoom consultations for £10, which can be deducted from your wig purchase if you decide to proceed.
