What is this service for?
This service is for Wigs by Kirstie wigs that require a professional cleanse, colour refresh toner and restyle.
It is designed to maintain the look and feel of your wig between wears. The perfect way to refresh your piece and enjoy that just-left-the-salon finish.
What does this service include?
- Cleanse using professional wig-safe shampoo
- Deep conditioning treatment
- Full detangling
- Colour refresh toner to rebalance tone
- Restyle in Kirstie’s signature soft waves
This service is designed to reset the hair, restore softness and maintain tone between wears.
What is the turnaround time?
48 hours from receiving your wig to dispatch (delivery times not included).
What is the cost?
This service is £115. This includes Royal Mail Special Delivery return postage. Clients are responsible for securely sending their wig to us.

What is this service for?
This service is for Wigs by Kirstie wigs experiencing light thinning at the hairline and/or parting. Targeted reventilation (re-knotting) is performed in these areas to replace lost hairs and improve light density loss, helping extend the wearable life of your wig.
Wigs requiring full density rebuilding, lace replacement or major reconstruction are not suitable for this service and will not be accepted under Wig Spa Restore.
What does this service include?
- Everything in Wig Spa Refresh, plus -
- Targeted reventilation and knot reinforcement along the parting and hairline
- Diamond net liner replacement (if required)
- Restyle in Kirstie’s signature soft waves
What is the turnaround time?
4 working days from receiving your wig to dispatch (delivery times not included).
What is the cost?
This service is £285. This includes Royal Mail Special Delivery return postage. Clients are responsible for securely sending their wig to us.
How do I enquire for Wig Spa Restore?
Wig Spa Restore requires photo approval prior to booking to confirm suitability. Please refer to the checklist and attach the required images when enquiring.

Who can access Wig Spa services?
Wig Spa is exclusively available to clients who have purchased their wig directly from Wigs by Kirstie.
Does the price include postage?
Yes. Prices include Royal Mail Special Delivery return postage. Clients are responsible for securely sending their wig to us.
What if my wig needs more than minor repair?
Wig Spa Restore includes minor ventilation repair and reinforcement only.Wigs requiring extensive reventilation, lace replacement or major reconstruction are not be suitable for this service.
Can I request a different style finish?
Wig Spa services include restyling in Kirstie’s signature soft waves. Alternative styling is not currently offered.
How often should I book Wig Spa?
This depends on wear frequency.
For regularly worn wigs, Refresh every 6–10 weeks is typically recommended.
Restore is generally needed when signs of structural wear begin to show.
What happens if my wig arrives in unsuitable condition?
If a wig arrives in a condition that falls outside the scope of the selected service, we will contact you before proceeding.
